Aspen Ridge Alpacas of Northern New Mexico
Jemez Springs, NM
What put the enchantment in New Mexico? The enchantment is every
day at Aspen Ridge Alpacas. You will find Evelyn and Mickey at
the ranch during the day among their ARI registered Huacaya herd.
In addition to the everyday alpaca management, they enjoy watching

boulders. The high altitude of 8700 feet is ideal for the alpacas.
Evelyn and Mickey search out the best herd sires for their
females. The results have been spectacular. Please visit us and
see our quality herd up close and personal. We will gladly answer

Enchanted Sky Alpacas of New Mexico

Enchanted Sky Alpacas of New Mexico is nestled in the East Mountains
just fifteen miles outside of Albuquerque. Paradise is all around
us - breathtaking views of several mountains including the Sandias
and South Mountain. There is an abundance of fresh air and the
night sky is truly enchanting. Our six acre ranch is conveniently

full of twists and turns, we ironically found our paradise and
lifestyle here in the beautiful desert of New Mexico raising alpacas
and Anatolian shepherds.
We have a small herd of Huacaya alpacas. This enables us to give
individual attention and tender loving care to each and every
alpaca. We are available for ranch visits and special events.

Milagro Meadow Alpaca Ranch
Albuquerque, NM
After two years of extensive research, visiting alpaca ranches,
attending workshops and seminars, helping friends with their
alpacas, and making some incredible new friends we decided it was
timeto take the leap and start our own herd. We are still
looking for land north of Mora so for now our alpacas are in the
trusted hands of Amanda at Sagebrush Alpacas. We enjoy
helping her with the chores, learning from her expertise, and
getting to know our new charges.
It is our desire to develop a high quality huacaya herd with
superior conformation and fleece. We endeavor to continue
learning about proper nutrition and care of our animals, as well
as promoting educated breeding practices.

Milagro Moon Ranch
Edgewood, NM
In 2004 we moved to our ranch at the height of
snowstorm and mud season. We swept the porch, cleaned the carpets
and never looked back. Several months later we moved our alpacas
from their Colorado farms and began the great livestock adventure.
Our growing herd currently numbers eight, and
we look forward to many more of these beautiful animals grazing our
pastures. Their gentle humming sounds and alert nature make them a
livestock animal whose company is a pleasure.
On our ten acres at the base of South
Mountain, east of Albuquerque, we believe farm diversity is
important, so we also keep chickens and dairy goats for fresh eggs
and milk. We also believe visitors are important, so give us a call.

Spanish Peaks Alpacas
La Veta, Colorado
Spanish Peaks Alpacas is a small farm in Southern Colorado. We pride
ourselves in our service, integrity and support to our customers. Our
ranch is home to our award winning herd of top quality alpacas. Almost
50% of our herd are color champions, and most of the remainder have
not yet been shown. Our breeding goal is healthy, reproductively
sound, beautifully fleeced colored alpacas, and our specialty is
beautiful true black.
We strive for lustrous, soft handling fleeces, which make up into yarn
that can be worn against the skin, and beautiful felted fabric for
scarves, vests and other apparel. To this end we have made careful
breeding choices, incorporating genetics from some of the finest
bloodlines in North America. Our studs are color champions with
exquisite fleeces and boast proven, pre-potent genetics. If you are
serious about your breeding program, a breeding to one of our machos is
one of the best investments you can make. Our farm is small; however
we usually have a few select alpacas for sale. We invite you to visit
our website and our farm. |
