Vito has a fine bright fleece, butter soft with crimp from his nose to his toes. He has magnificent coverage and a density that is really remarkable. He has stunning conformation and a gorgeous, typey head. He also is a gentle soul with a sweet disposition. Vito uniformly throws his density and well organized lock structure. We have a splendid variety of colors in Vito offspring - he tends to throw the dam's color although not in every case and he thr...

EARLAH IS NOW RETIRED.

One of our best production females, our Earlah came to us from New Hampshire and is a full Peruvian beauty with an exotic grace that turns heads wherever she goes. We found her at the AOBA auction in Salt Lake several years ago and she has really made an impact on our herd. As you can see she's got it all - great coverage and conformation, a gorgeous typey head, and bright bundles of dense crimpy fleece - it spins up beautifully. She gifted us with our Vito's Evita...

Description

Deceased - We miss your sweet presence every single day. Rest in Peace sweet Pearl

Our beautiful Pearl - I hardly know where to start. Not only is she an exceptional fleece animal, she has one of the most wonderful personalities you will ever find. Her fleece is wondrously soft to the hand - fine, bright, good density, fantastic staple length, pretty much everything we look for in our fleeces. And she has a calm serenity...a very sweet manner, that - I'm not kidding - borders on magical. She's the one I seek when I need a little alpaca comfort.

Pearl suffered an injury in the past which resulted in a serious infection in her shoulder. The infection is cleared up now but she does have a slight hitch in her gait - we think it is more habitual stemming from her having to compensate for her injured shoulder rather than residual pain or actual trauma to the leg. She was not born with any sort of conformational issues - her show record will attest to that - and prior to her injury she had a perfectly normal gait.
