Silver Quest was an outstanding multi-award-winning male who carried exceptional bloodlines from both sides of his family tree, from the Royal Accoyo bloodlines of both Accoyo Caligula & Peruvian Accoyo Pluro. On his dam’s side, Silver Quest’s beautiful grey color continued a long line of grey & lavender rose grey genetics extending back at least 5 generations. Silver Quest had a beautiful head & a large, broad-chested & well-balanced frame, with amazing color consistency as well as fiber fineness & spectacular uniformity. A big boy with very dense fiber, Silver Quest sheared about 13 pounds annually!

Description
Desert Mist is a densely fibered light fawn boy with excellent conformation and incredibly fine, crimpy fiber from his fully fibered head to his toes. His first year fleece had an AFD of 15.4 microns; his fourth year fleece was still impressively fine with an AFD of 16.2 microns.

Desert Mist’s pedigree on his dam’s side includes silver grey genetics from the suri Condor line as well as dark color genetics from the Bolivian Black Vigor line. With grey lineage on both his sire’s and dam’s sides, Desert Mist has the potential to throw fine-fibered greys and darker color offspring as well as lighter colors.
Simply put, Desert Mist offers a great option as a quality addition to your breeding program!
